The Old Oak - an important story for our times!

Following the release of ‘The Old Oak’ from award-winning filmmaker, Ken Loach, Dr Val Barron, Lead Development Worker for Communities Together Durham describes her involvement in the film, which explores a north east community’s response to the arrival of refugees.

Rachael returns to Camino in a collar for memorable pilgrimage

School pupils take part in pilgrimage to Holy Island

At the end of last term, 60 pupils from four of the Church of England secondary schools in the Diocese took part in a Pilgrimage across the sands on the Pilgrim Way to Holy Island.
