Associate Priest (Holy Trinity Darlington)

The Diocese of Durham is looking to recruit an Associate Priest passionate about discipleship and mission to help Holy Trinity Church flourish into its next chapter.

Job Title:  Associate Priest

Location: Holy Trinity Church, Darlington

Contract: Full time, 5 year fixed-term

Diocese of Durham Stipend, Pension and Housing all provided.

Holy Trinity is a growing church, increasingly focused on discipleship and mission and is looking for someone to work with them to grow and develop the church in these areas. The postholder will oversee the day-to-day workings of the church, review and refresh vision, lead the church in new avenues of discipleship and mission, develop leadership within the church and act as the primary and focal minister at Holy Trinity.

This is a unique and exciting post: full time, one church, five years, extensive autonomy but with the oversight of James and the support of being part of the St Cuthbert’s/Holy Trinity staff team. James has a releasing and empowering style of leadership, alongside faith-filled aspirations.
