Churches Together South Tyneside is looking for a proactive, organised Operations Manager to help keep our charity running smoothly! You’ll oversee governance, HR, finance and funding, support our projects and trustees and ensure our policies and safeguarding standards are top-notch. You’ll be at the heart of our mission to support older people, vulnerable adults, making a real difference in the wider community. You will be working with a small, friendly team of trustees and staff.
We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills, confident with admin, finance and governance (or willing to learn) and who is collaborative, supportive and values-driven.
The role is for 2 years fixed-term, 18 hours p.w. which we intend to continue if funding is secured. It offers flexible home-based work with some travel, generous leave (28 days + bank holidays pro rata) and a pension.
